Was I the only knucklehead who would lie in the sun smothered in baby oil?

Did any one else ENJOY peeling their skin?

Johnson & Johnson was my favorite brand of grease, and I'd go to Newport Beach and spend the day flipping myself around like I was a hunk of chicken being roasted on a spit.

SPF - pshaw!  Coverups - only when it was cold.  I never, ever, ever wore a hat.

To paraphrase Forest Gump, "I'm not a smart woman."

Still, my dermatologist has been giving me a clean bill for years, so I've been burying the misdeeds of my youth in the far corners of my brain.  My skin damage is a natural aging thing, right?  I tell myself this routinely.

Then I saw this video, which is extremely disturbing.

Don't get me wrong, it's beautifully shot, informative, and eerily mesmerizing.    Check it out for yourself.
