The List: Brio

Hey Atlanta food lovers! Have you jumped into any of new Best Dish menu items yet?  If so, you have probably discovered that while many list items are individual serving sizes, there are a few which require a team of people to consume.

Such is the case with the Beef Carpaccio at Brio Italian.

Seriously. Don't order this dish unless you are with a crowd or want to make a meal of thinly sliced beef.

Fortunately I was with a crowd who was in the eating mood! In fact, my new friends, Pam & Stuart, were so excited about the dish, they split one of these bad boys. I have nothing but respect for their decision.

Friends, this is a delicious dish.

Ready for the close up?

What you see is rare beef sliced as thin as paper topped with capers, olive oil, a slightly spicy mayo sauce (horseradish perhaps?) and, of course, a little Parmesan cheese. In the center of carpaccio is an arugula salad and Parmesan crackers.

If you like most of the items on this ingredient list, you’re going to be a happy camper.

As for me, I think Parmesan might be my new love language.
